Strict And Enforced Cancellation Policy
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance. Last minute cancellations or persistent no shows more than twice will result in a permanent ban of from our salon. Please be considerate of our business!

- To prevent "No Shows" we now charge a $50 security deposit fee before any chemical service that is longer than 2-3 hours. We accept payments through Zelle directly to our business number.


Refund Policy

We delight ourselves on providing you with exceptional service and excellent customer care.

We do not issue refunds on Salon services. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in the salon, please notify the salon within 24 hours - 2 days of your services. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to make any adjustments to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the stylist who performed the initial service.

Adjustments are made available to you at no extra cost only within the 1-2 days of the initial service. Any claims on a service past 1-2 weeks of the previous service will not be considered a free fix.

Please understand we do not negotiate our prices as they are set as reasonable as possible.

For all products, we have a 7 day return policy after purchase. Any longer than 7 days and we will not accept any returns or refund any money. We ask for your understanding. Thanks!
